Terms of Service
1. Description of the service
C Building (小C建站, cbuilding.ai) is an AI-powered website-building platform owned by Goldi Apple LLC. It provides AI website generation, visual editing, website publishing, domain binding, lead collection and related services.
2. Accounts and registration
- You must register an account and provide true and accurate information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and you may not transfer or lend your account to others.
- Each person or business may register only one account.
3. Plans, automatic renewal and payment
- C Building offers a Free plan, which has no time limit, and a paid Pro plan billed monthly in US dollars. There is no yearly plan. Payments are made by card and processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Prices are shown before tax. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.
- The Pro plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. About a day before each paid month ends, we charge the card you used for your most recent payment. If a charge fails, we e-mail you so you can pay with another card on the Membership page, and we try again: at most three attempts in all, at least about 20 hours apart, and only until the plan is closed after the paid month ends (we close ended plans once a day, so up to about a day after the month ends; a third attempt therefore does not always happen). If no attempt succeeds, the plan ends and your account moves to the Free plan.
- You can cancel at any time on the Membership page with “Cancel auto-renewal”. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and then becomes the Free plan; you are not charged again. You can turn renewal back on before then.
- When a paid plan ends, the websites and data you have created are not deleted, and published websites stay online, with the Free plan’s label (section 4). Features are limited to what the Free plan includes, and unused plan points are put on hold until you subscribe again.
- Points — what they pay for (AI by usage and the editing environment), how they expire, and refunds of top-ups — are governed by the points terms and refund policy.
- Payments for a month that has already started are non-refundable, including when you cancel during that month. For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or system errors, please contact [email protected] within 30 days. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
- Where the consumer law that protects you gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase within a set period (for example, 7 days in Taiwan or 14 days in the European Union), you ask at checkout for the service to start at once, and you agree that this ends or limits that right as far as that law allows.
4. User content
- The intellectual property rights in the website content you create belong to you. You authorize the platform to store, process and transmit your content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- You must ensure that the content you upload and publish is lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You may not publish illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, fraudulent or phishing content, or malicious code.
- Websites on the Free plan show a small “Made with C Building” label with a link to report the website. You may not hide, cover or remove it, yourself or by asking the AI; the Pro plan has no label.
- AI-generated content is for reference only. You should check it yourself for legality and accuracy before publishing.
- If you find content that violates these terms, report it on our report page, or by e-mail to [email protected].
5. Reports, takedowns and appeals
- Our staff review every report and what our own checks find. If a website or its content appears to be illegal or to break these terms, we may take the website down (it goes offline on every address and can no longer be edited or published), restrict features or deactivate the account. These decisions are made by people, not by automated systems.
- When we take a website down, we e-mail its owner what we did, the facts, the clause of these terms it breaks, whether it followed a report, and how to appeal. Material that the law requires us to keep, such as evidence of child sexual abuse that we report to the authorities as US law requires, is kept and not returned.
- You can appeal a takedown with the Appeal button on the disabled website in your website list, or by e-mail to [email protected]. A person who did not take the decision reviews the appeal where possible. If the appeal is upheld we restore the website; it stays offline until you publish it again.
- Repeat infringers: if three takedowns of your websites for copyright or trademark infringement are upheld, we deactivate your account and take down all of its websites. A takedown we restore because it was a mistake does not count.
- The platform also reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part of the service.
6. Copyright and trademark complaints
- To tell us that a website infringes your copyright or trademark, use the report page and choose Copyright or Trademark, or send a written notice to our agent below. The notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; the work or mark you say is infringed; the address of the infringing material on the website; your postal address, telephone number and e-mail address; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Our agent for these notices: Goldi Apple LLC, attn. Copyright Agent, 30 N Gould St #42214, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; e-mail [email protected].
- When we remove material after a valid notice, we tell the website's owner and send them the notice. The owner may send a counter-notice with their signature; the material removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; their name, address and telephone number; and their consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their address (outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We send the counter-notice to that person and restore the material 10 to 14 business days later, unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
- Anyone who knowingly makes a false notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). Where Taiwan's Copyright Act applies, we handle notices and counter-notices as its Articles 90-4 to 90-12 provide.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or for indirect losses arising from the use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and publish the updates on this page. If you continue to use the service after the updated terms take effect, you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and language
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
- If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the consumer law of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
- These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.
